Went through the drive thru and order two meals( teriyaki chicken) they informed us that the sauce would be ready in 15 minutes. We agreed to wait. We requested 2 cups each. We waiting 20 minutes. When handed our food, we asked is the sauce in the bag? She said yes it is. Get Home there is 1(1/2) filled cup! Ridiculous!

So I love Panda Express, let's put that out there. The good is always amazing, the staff is always nice and good is always fresh. If they see something running low, they start a new batch so the pans are never empty. This place is always clean and bathrooms are always impeccable. I docked then a star because on more than one occasion I have gone through the drive thru when they first open and there was no one there, I would drive around and it looked like they weren't even open yet, but their hours clearly stated they should be open. I haven't been there when they first open in quite a while, but hopefully they have fixed that problem.

Food was good cooked to panda standards. Everything was fresh however it was right before lunch all entries were #3 batches or more. I was going to use the drive-thru however it was blocked by chairs. When i asked the rude Asian girl inside who severed me about the drive-thru she said " we closed it [drive-thru] because we are short handed today". Now I know this isn't how panda operates. All in all food was good place was clean staff was horrible.

Arrived at 12:20 and they barely had any food. Three items they had zero of with no plans to make any because they are out. This happens on a regular basis. You need better food delivery logistics.

Very good food, service is fast because all the food is ready to go behind the counter, but still tastes fresh. Shanghai Steak is awesome!
