Unfortunately the smiles of the staff did not compensate for the incredibly slow fast-food. We arrived late and our receipt had the timestamp of 10:40. We went up to the counter at 11:05 to request our meals. We were kindly told they were waiting on one fry. I asked if we could please have the rest of the orders (3+). They obliged and said they would bring the other fry. After eating my very pink burger i went back to the counter to request my fries. Again, i was thanked for the reminder and given the fry. I would love to tell you we left at that point (11:20), but because we were traveling through, we thought we would use the facilities. I'll spare you the condition of those, but suffice it to say, one stall was not usable and the other was locked from the inside. When the staff was told, it took another 15 minutes before useable. But she did do it with a smile. We frequent Peachtree City and as much as i appreciate a kind staff, my expectations for a fast meal were not met here.

Every time I have visited this location I have had to wait 15 to 25 minutes to get small orders of tenders. Four or five visits have proven that the staff is incompetent and the management does not care enough to try improving it. Which is a shame, because the food turns out well when they finally get around to making it. There was one shift manager, an older woman, who was particularly nice and tried to explain their predicament to me, but the reasoning she gave me was that they were short on staff at around 7 or 8 o'clock, and I was one of like, three customers they had at that time. This didn't excuse the fact that I had to pull into a space and park for 20 minutes, then run out in the rain to ask where my food was at. Short staff wasn't the issue that night. It was staff that did not care or pay attention. I watched as they easily grabbed the already-made tenders out of a drawer and toss them into the boxes. I received extra food and profuse apologies, but it was made very clear that employees simply do not pay attention in this restaurant.

It's a shame this place looks good on the outside but needs work on the inside. When u order it looks like chaos. Even though the manager tries, the owners put no real effort in presentation. They TVS but cannot change the channel, they never show the $1 menu and will up charge u, the beverage is always messy and sticky, and the food is adequate. It could be so much better

Fast drive thru experience. I like that breakfast is offered all day. And that breakfast can be ordered from the value menu. This is an renovated location. I wish it were a bit easier in and out but that's the luck of the draw. Enjoy and thanks for reading!

I grew up with this place. I still eat here after all these years. I know it's bad for me. I know how terrible eating here makes me feel. And yet. Here I am. Eating here again. Why is that? LOL. Usually, the service is as bad as the food. But this visit was nice, as far as that goes. Which is really appreciated. Rare in this world. So I gave it two stars for that. Thank you McDonalds employee for the genuine smile. So why the bad rating? The food. I just feel gross afterwards. Every. Single. Time. It's an abusive relationship. I have to stop going. It's on me. Maybe...maybe by writing this review I'll finally remember. A preemptive strike against this terrible cycle.
