Past 4 out of 5 times, I have gotten the wrong product while going through the drive thru. Always tasted great in the end, but just the wrong product :( . REVISED 07-06-18 With the new staff my orders have been correct. Shelby has made my order the past couple of times and everything has been perfect. Because of her she has changed the original 2 star review to a 5!!! Thanks Shelby
Was able to order our food right when we walked in the door but it took them around 20 min to make our food.
The food was great, the service- more than horrible. We ordered from the drive-thru, we're greeted with an annoyed "be with you in a minute" (fine, whatever maybe they are busy inside). Get to the window, more abruptness from both gals working. We chuckled a bit because the girls were clearly bickering and did not like each other. Window was slammed after food was handed out with no "thank you" or "enjoy your meal" or even a "go to hell". We didn't receive the ice cream we had ordered, so I decided to just go in and get it. I walk in as the 4th costumer in line to witness the girl taking orders with a look on her face that told the world that she hates her job. Speaking rudely and rollimg her eyes to the kodsand elderly costumers ahead of me. The girl disappears leaving myself and the family ahead of me stand there with no "I'll be back to help you", after 10 minutes of waiting for her return, I decided we didn't need the ice cream we paid for that badly. I don't typically leave reviews, I do hope this makes it's way to a manager however.b
My cheeseburger was squished. The building was old and in need of repairs. The trim work was all badly done. It looked shabby. Chicken strip basket looked ok, but the appearance of the burgers was poor.
