Mission Statement:

The Wyckoff Public Library’s mission is to provide timely and accurate reference services, and a full range of current books, periodicals and audio-visual materials for all ages and interest groups, in a friendly and service-minded manner.

Since 1921 the Wyckoff Public Library has provided services to the residents of Wyckoff. Our highly-trained staff provides quality and friendly service to all who use our Library. As a member of the Bergen County Consortium of Libraries (BCCLS), we provide our patrons interlibrary access to over 4,800,000 books, videos and tapes. For our part, we circulate 230,000 items annually!

The Wyckoff Public Library offers services, resources and activities that meet the needs of all ages, from infants to adults. We currently maintain a fiction, non-fiction and reference collection totalling 80,000 items serving children, teens, and adults. Our resources include newspapers & magazines, CDs, audio books, large-print books, video cassettes, DVDs and access to online and CD-ROM databases and the Internet. In addition, we offer Children’s storytimes and other activities, Internet instruction, and Reference and Reader’s Advisory services.
