The mission of the Wilmington Public Library of Clinton County is to be the best small town public library in the state of Ohio.
Library Hours
Monday – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 10 a.m – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 1 – 5 p.m. (September through May)
