The library is a member of the North Country Library System, a cooperative public library system consisting of 64 member libraries in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties. NCLS provides delivery, training, information technology, consulting, research databases, shared library catalog, printing, and outreach services.
