To promote a library that will provide the citizens of the Village of Whitehouse and surrounding areas accessibility, on-site, to an array of resources in a variety of formats and to provide individuals with links to other resources and agencies off site. All resources will help meet their educational, informational and recreational needs as life-long learners.
