Mission Statement
The Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library creates an environment for connecting people and ideas by providing residents of all ages with resources to pursue their educational, civic, business and personal interests.
The Thornton Branch Library offers computer workstations for general and Internet use, a reference collection, and a circulating collection of library materials. Newspapers and magazines are available for browsing.
