Our Mission
The Neosho/Newton County Library shall:
Provide for the collective and individual information needs of its patrons by selecting, acquiring, cataloging, organizing and distributing information and materials.
Provide for the continuing education needs of its patrons by supporting learning by providing materials that enhance daily life, personal interests and job performance.
Provide for the recreational needs of its patrons through the provision of library materials and services.
Provide a vital link between other libraries in the area, state, and nation.
