I had 2 prints to pick up. The library worker (I didn't get her name but she looked to be in her 50's at least) told me there were three prints, not two. I said one of them must be a duplicate and I told her the two specific ones I needed. She then proceeded to print all 3 labels and said I had to pay for all of them because she didnt know which one I didn't want (even though I had just told her which one I didn't want BEFORE she released the prints). It's not paying for the extra print that I had an issue with, it's her dishonesty.

A library worker Laquetta Ditman was asked if a computer was available to use for a 13-year-old for research. Laquetta was very rude and stated that I told the little girl once that the 15 min computer had crashed and there is no other 15 min computer. I ask if provisions could be made as there were no other persons on any other computer but one. Laquetta became very rude in stating that "I said no" "are you her parent?" No, I'm from Texarkana and visiting my father and sister. I'm on staff at the University of Oklahoma and providing resources are important. Laquetta became even more flipped in stating are we finished hear. I was just inquiring option and there was no reason for her to speak to me in that tone. I asked for her name from a young gentleman behind the counter who was congenial through the process. I remember when all the staff was courteous and it speaks volumns of the administration as to allow one to be comfortable with this behavior.

I TOOK MY 3 YEAR OLD GRANDCHILD WHO IS CERBAL PALSY AND THEY TOLD US TO LEAVE, THEY DID NOT OFFER A ROOM TO THE SIDE TO TAKE HER, CLEARLY THIS COMMUNITY DOES NOT INVEST INTO THERE LIBRARY, BECSUSE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A TUTORING ROOM.

Ancient building (built in 79, I think) pillars blocking walkways, rusting bathroom mirrors (and overflowing urinal, when I was there), darkened checkout area (many lights turned off, seemingly due to lack of funding), and street thugs blocking the entryway at the front door...
