Mission:
The mission of the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library is to advance and transform education, research, and health care through dynamic technologies, evidence application, and collaborative partnerships. The library contributes to the success of health professionals, students, researchers and the community.
The library is recognized locally and nationally as a leader of intellectual exploration and as a catalyst for innovative discovery.
Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library is a Regional Medical Library (RML) for the Midcontinental Region in the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM) awarded by the National Library of Medicine. We are also home to the National Library of Medicine's National Training Center, which offers e-learning and in-person classes related to NLM products and services.
As part of the Health Sciences Center, the library is located south of the School of Medicine.
