The library at Southwest Community Center (SWCC) is located on South Avenue, west of Beauchamp Branch Library. It offers a full range of services for adults and children: books, magazines, videos, books on tape, music CDs, book+tape kits (which can be listened to in the library). Two computers for adults have Internet connections, as well as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Publisher. Instruction in the use of the Internet and word processing is also offered. A separate computer houses a wealth of educational software programs for younger children (courtesy of The Rotary Club of Syracuse).
