About Us:
The library currently has over 6,000 registered members. They can choose from a selection of more than 10,000 books that include paperbacks and best sellers. There are more than 25 magazines available and over 140 videos, as well as a rotating circulation of over 200 books-on-tape. Public access internet computers are available in addition to a fax and copy machines. There is a charge of $0.10 per copy and $1.00 per page faxed.
The library is also a depository for information from most local, state and federal programs. From Septa schedules to information on changes in Medicare and Social Security, the library has evolved into a vital point of reference for the residents of Sharon Hill.
