About Us:

Welcome to the Rose Garden Branch Library, which has served the Rose Garden area of west San José since 1960.  The current two-story facility, constructed under the Branch Library Development Program, opened in February 2006.  The library provides relevant educational resources and recreational opportunities serving the needs and interests of the local community. Free WiFi and Internet access is available during library hours. The Rose Garden Branch is situated diagonally across the street from the Municipal Rose Garden.

Branch Library Hours/ Open 7 Days a Week:  Monday 2-7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 11-8 PM, Thursday-Saturday 10-6 PM, Sunday 1-5 PM. 

Books, Videos (DVDs, VCDs & VHS), Audio Books, eBooks, Online Research Databases, Magazines & Newspapers, ESL & Language Materials; Public Access PCs, WiFi Hotspot; Programs for all ages; Reference and Homework Help, Online Tutoring; Friendly, Knowledgeable, Multi-lingual Staff...and it's FREE!!!
