The Roswell Public Library provides assistance through materials and services to help all citizens of Roswell and Chaves County meet their recreational, educational, and cultural needs. Special emphasis is placed on providing popular materials for all age levels in a variety of formats in sufficient number, as well as supporting individual, business, government, and community interests and informational needs through the collection and trained staff.
