The mission of the Rockwell City Public Library is to serve as an innovative, dynamic resource, central to a literate and informed citizenry. The library reflects and responds to the community and is committed to intellectual freedom, equal accessibility for our population, lifelong learning, beginning with the young child, and enhancement of cultural and leisure activities.
