In November 2004, the citizens of Rockwall County voted in favor of an $11.5 million bond issue to design and construct a new library approximately five times the size of the old facility. Designed by library architects from PSA-Dewberry and built by Pogue Construction, the beautiful new Rockwall County Library is a focus of community life and county pride.
