Welcome to the online home of the Rockville Public Library:
Residing in the beautiful 1915 era Carnegie building pictured on the left, the library is home to more than 30,000 books, audio tapes, video tapes, and magazines.
When constructed in 1915, the original building cost was approximately $12,500. In 1991 a 2,600 square foot addition was built on to provide more room for expansion of the library and its resources.
