About Us:
The Redmond Library opened its doors in 1996. This 21,210 square foot library is housed in the historic Jessie Hill School building—originally built in 1929—and is located in the heart of the city of Redmond.
The Redmond Library has a vast collection of materials for adults, teens, and children, as well as a growing collection of materials in Spanish. English and Spanish-language programs are offered for all ages. A community meeting room serves as a gathering space for programs, lectures, and story times, and a lovely Silent Reading Room provides a quiet place for reading and reflection. Rotating art exhibitions reflect the talent of the local community. Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
