Fountain Public Library Rocks!! From the selections and being able to reserve and pickup books from other PPLD locations, you can’t really ask for more! The history of Fountain portrayed on the front of the building is priceless!!! Can’t say enough about our hometown library!

It's a small home town library. Sometimes you have to wait for a book but the staff are great they will go out of their way to help out and are very informative! Summer programs for kids are offered but not as encouraging as some libraries that I have used.

Great place lovely staff Great selection unfortunately they allow children to run around screaming, yelling across the libaray at eachother running around and I mean running also they will grab adult books take them and move them for fun (not a big deal but makes the librarians job harder ) etc.. Yes I under stand they are kids but I was a lot younger than most of them when I learned the rules of the library and that is "shhh" and respect the books and others. Also they should close the computer lab off from thr rest if the library the keyboard taps can be heard all around the libaray not a bug deal just sounds funny. Hope this helps ppld just want it to be a libaray
