About the Library
The Palos Park Public Library is open to serve the community six days a week. The library’s collection and services include books, magazines, newspapers, videos, DVD’s, audio books, CD’s, reference materials and databases, local history information, public internet access and programs for adults and children.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Palos Park Public Library is to provide a wide range of books, resources and programs for a lifetime of learning and enjoyment in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We believe that the library is an important place for all community members to gather and socialize. We provide meeting space, areas to sit and read quietly and room to study and work together.
