I am absolutely appauled with this library and it's staff. My son and I were there for an hour and a half today doing school work all the while listening to a man who clearly needed mental health attention. It was brought to my attention that he had been reported to the staff earlier in the day and they refused to do anything about it. While we were there this man started having a conversation with himself about raping and beating and impregnanting women. This man was also looking at photos of women while saying these obscenities. I told the woman behind the counter what was being said and she said she couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it because she herself did not hear it. This woman was also in another room so of course she was not able to hear anything. This place is NOT a safe environment for children and we will never enter this library ever again. If a patron of your library makes a complaint it needs to be taken seriously and without hesitation. This man could not only end up being a danger to himself but also to everyone around him. The police should of been called so they could remedy the situation and young children wouldn't have to be subjected to this. Shame on you!

While there selection isn't enourmous, it's large enough that you'll likely find at least a few books on what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful, your first library card is free (if lost, a replacement can be purchased for a very low fee of $5) and that, at least for the next year, and are very forgiving when it comes to late fees. All in all, a great place, and a great environment too.

For a library in a town this size, this location has much to offer. Books are rotated while newly-released titles are given their own pocket of the building. Additionally, other multimedia is offered to view and checkout. As is typical of other libraries, PCs and internet are free for use. A modest-sized area to sit down with a selection is offered as well. The library does well to offer events with the local community.

Staff is great, friendly and helpful. I've only been going here for 3 months or so, selection is just okay. They don't have a lot of the books I'm looking for, especially newer stuff. So far, they've had 20 out of 35 that I've wanted to read.
