The mission of the Charles Town Library is to serve our community with high quality library services and to provide a convenient, friendly facility in which to encourage learning, communication, and the love of reading. The library will maintain a collection that includes the indispensable classics, as well as items of current significance, and will endeavor to be responsive to the interests and needs of the community.
