About Us:
The O Kelly Memorial Library is a member of the Walton County Library Board which is a unit of Uncle Remus Regional Library System under the terms of the participating agreement. Membership in the Uncle Remus Regional Library System provides the citizens of Walton county with reciprocal borrowing privileges in all libraries within the system. Likewise, the O’Kelly Memorial Public Library lends materials to citizens of all other counties within the Regional Library System.
The O’Kelly Memorial Public Library shall furnish library service to the people of the county of Walton and the City of Loganville as set forth in the Constitution and Bylaws of the Uncle Remus Regional Library System, and under the regulations governing public libraries as set forth by the State of Georgia. The O’Kelly Memorial Public Library shall offer a full program of library service to all citizens of the county to meet their informational, educational, and recreational needs, without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, or national origin.
