Mission:
Norfolk Public Library serves the area as a center for education, information, recreation and culture. The Library is a meeting place for area organizations and provides a forum for the discussion of public issues.
Library Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
