The Mission of Mead Public Library: The Mead Public Library provides collections and services designed to meet the educational and recreational needs of City of Sheboygan residents regardless of their age or formal schooling.
The Library is a community information and cultural center. It provides the means through which City of Sheboygan residents may have free access to the thinking on all sides of all ideas. It provides access in a range of formats to fine works of literature, other works in the arts and sciences, and works reflective of the popular culture.
