About Us:

The Marshall County Library System is made up of three libraries in rural North Mississippi, headquartered in beautiful, historic Holly Springs. Branches are located in Byhalia and Potts Camp. The headquarters location contains the Marshall County Room, with a vast collection of local history and genealogical resources. All three libraries offer free internet connectivity via wired stations, and wi-fi connection for patrons' own devises. All three libraries offer fax machines, photocopiers, and free notary services. The Library System's collection can be accessed from any computer with internet connection by going to the library's website http://marshall.lib.ms.us. Patrons can access the MAGNOLIA and Learn-a-Test databases from the same website. They can also download Federal and Mississippi state tax forms and Library policy documents from links on the this website, as well as navigating to the Marshall County Genealogical Society's homepage.

The Marshall County Library System website also has a variety of social interactive features that allow patrons to communicate with the library and other readers through the Library Blog. Readers can share their love of reading by posting book reviews, sharing favorite book lists or providing comments to other partons' posts.
