The Lost Rivers Community Library District encourages the love of reading and the use of the library by providing popular materials for persons of all ages and backgrounds.
We strongly support formal education by providing reference materials, research services for patrons and access to larger library collections through the interlibrary loan program.
Our staff presents preschoolers' story hour to introduce young children to the library, and a summer reading program to keep school age children interested in reading throughout summer vacation.
Library Cards are free to all Butte County Residents.
