Mission:

The mission of the Lebanon Public Library is to encourage life long learning by providing guided and equal access to informational, educational, cultural and recreational library materials and services in a variety of formats and technologies to meet the needs of the community.

About Us:

The Lebanon Public Library is now in our new location at 55 Academy Street. Our busy library holds over 38,000 items including fiction and non-fiction books, CD's and DVD's. We had over 94,000 visits in 2008 from patrons checking out books, using our public access computers, accessing free WiFi, participating in children's programming and researching their genealogy.

We are a city funded library. Residents within the Lebanon city limits fund the library and their membership through city property taxes. Those living outside city limits are welcome to purchase a card for an additional fee.

Lebanon Public Library is not affiliated with AmericanTowns Media
