Mission Statement
The mission of the Whitewater Valley Community Library District is to provide a friendly public service through programs, facilities and materials which help community residents obtain information meeting their personal, professional and leisure needs. Its purpose is to collect, maintain, and distribute information with special emphasis on stimulating the community's interests and appreciation for reading and learning. The Whitewater Valley Community Library District strives to provide a foundation for building a literate community.
