The Lakehills Area Library has been serving the Lakehills and surrounding communities since 1999. We have steadily grown in size and programming along the way. Library cards are free to anyone who can show I.D. and we have many type of materials to check out. We offer books for all ages, Audio books, DVD's and a full digital library for you to use with your ereader, tablet, or computer. We have faxing services, make copies and can even scan a document to your flashdrive for you. We have 10 public use desktop computers and 12 public use laptops for use in our library. If you have any questions about using a computer one of our librarians can help you to print your document, save your document or do any number of other things to assist. We have basic computer classes for those who want to learn some basic skills or brush up on existing ones. We have free wi-fi. You can call or email us with reference questions and we will do our best to find the answer for you. Check our calendar for upcoming programs, we have something for everyone.
