The James L. Hamner Public was founded in 1973. We are the public library for Amelia County, Virginia.
General Information
A virtual outpost of the James L. Hamner Public Library. We do all sorts of neat and interesting things, from programs, to parties, to loaning out books and DVDs for free. We even borrow from other libraries for our patrons when we don't have the material a patron wants.
