About
The Hollyhock Library is nestled in the original square mile of the City of Surprise. The City of Surprise was little more than a gas station and a few house in 1937 when city founder, Homer C. Ludden, named it after his Nebraska hometown. The staff provides excellent customer service and works with nearby community groups and the Senior Center next door. This library is fully supported with City of Surprise funds.
