Highland Hills Branch Library is located at the corner of Bonnie View and Simpson Stuart, and down the street from Paul Quinn College, the current building was built in 1979 to serve the needs of residents of South Dallas. Today, in addition to it's circulation and reference collections, the Highland Hills Branch offers weekly story times, outreach services, wi-fi internet access, and a variety of adult programs.
