The Glenn McNairy Branch Library is located in northern Greensboro on Lake Jeanette Road between the roundabout for Cottage Place and N. Elm Street. This unique, open concept facility engages the whole community through defined spaces for collaboration, reading, and early literacy. Check out the Navigator, a vibrant Teen Zone, and the cozy Elizabeth Cox McNairy Living Room.

Innovative technology is a highlight of the McNairy Branch. We offer the Sandy Neerman Collaboration Room, 3-D printing, and a laptop and iPad kiosk. In addition to the laptops and tablets, we have access to 11 desktops and free WiFi. A library card is needed to access computers, tablets, and laptops. Color and black and white printing is also available.

The McNairy Branch offers a number of programs for children, families, and teens. One Saturday a month, trained staff hosts Autism Afternoon which includes a storytime specially crafted for children experiencing autism.
