Gaithersburg Library, built in 1982, serves the large and diverse city of
Gaithersburg. Conveniently located near Lakeforest Mall on the corner of
Montgomery Village Avenue and Christopher Avenue, the library houses a large
collection of materials for both children and adults and serves as a meeting
place for the community. The library offers both children's and adult programs,
including the popular Conversation Club for English learners.
