The Fulton County Library District was formed in 1965 to serve the citizens of Fulton County. The District consists of two libraries, the main branch in located at 312 Main Street in Fulton and the branch library located at 902 Moscow Ave., Hickman. We also have a bookmobile library that serves both Fulton and Hickman County citizens and also serves the daycare, preschool and retirement center in our neighboring city of South Fulton, TN.
