Mission Statement:

The mission of the Franklin-Springboro Public Library is to meet the educational, informational, intellectual, and recreational needs of the people in the service community: Franklin, Franklin Township, Carlisle, Springboro, and Clearcreek Township.

About Us:

The Franklin-Springboro Public Library serves over 50,000 residents in northwestern Warren County, Ohio. Our library has two locations to serve its users. The Franklin Library first opened in 1923. This library currently operates out of a 23,000 square foot building that opened in 2002. The Springboro Library operates out of a 9000 square foot building that opened in 1989 and was expanded in 1999.

Both libraries offer the full range of library items to check out including books, movies, music CD's, books on CD, magazines for both children and adults. Each library is connected to high speed Internet and provides black & white and color printing for a fee. Copy and fax services are available for a fee.
