Mission Statement of the Frankfort Community/Clinton County Contractual Public Library
The purpose of the Frankfort Community Public Library/Clinton County Contractual Public Library ("the library") is to provide citizens with materials, programs and facilities to meet their needs to education, information and recreation. The library will also serve as an access point for interlibrary loan and reference services with other libraries in the United States. The Frankfort Community Public Library will also serve as a cultural center for the community offering art classes, exhibitions, concerts, theater and other cultural opportunities for all ages based on the philosophy, "We can make our life a work of art."
