The Fair Oaks Library was established in 1909 and settled into its current location in 1976. Nestled on top of a hill next to the Fair Oaks Temple Park, the library is located just off the Southwest corner of Fair Oaks and Madison. The Fair Community Oaks Library with its Frank Lloyd Wright style architecture is a striking building surrounded by trees.
