East County Regional Library is a 32,000-square-foot facility serving Lehigh Acres and surrounding eastern Lee County since its opening on May 12, 2001. The building houses a large meeting room that seats 150 people, over 50 public Internet computers, wireless access, copiers and study rooms for public use. The library is located near schools and offers free programs for adults, teens and children, including storytime, English Café, computer classes and book discussions.
