About Us:

This is the largest facility in the Jefferson Parish Library system; opened in March 1997, with public art and landscaping.  It is the site of largest reference collection in the system.

The Special Collections room on the second floor of the library includes Louisiana and genealogy materials.

Story hours for children and other programming for adults, teens, and children are offered.

Public computers with Internet access are available in the Reference wing, the Adult/Young Adult wing, the Children's wing, and the Special Collections room; free WiFi access.

A large collection of audiovisual materials is available for borrowing.

The meeting room can hold up to 200 people and is available for public meetings at a nominal charge. It can be divided into two rooms for smaller meetings.
