The Dighton Public Library is a friendly, welcoming community library. We offer books, movies, music, museum passes, computer access, wireless internet service, information service and programs for children, teens and adults. We are part of the SAILS library network, linked with dozens of other libraries throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Our catalog, iBistro, lets you search for and order materials from any network library. We also offer access to the statewide Virtual Catalog, providing interlibrary loan service from academic and public libraries throughout the state. With story hours and special programs for kids, a young adult book group, and a book club and varied programs for adults, we truly have something for everyone.

The Dighton Public is commited to providing and improving general information, lifelong learning oppurtunities and a commons enviornment to Dighton residents and visitors. Oppurtunities for personal enrichment, intellectual stimulation,emotional development and recreation offered at and by the library enhance the quality of life in Dighton. Programs and services to meet the needs of our patrons and the community at large.
