About Us:

The Clearwater Memorial Public Library is part of the Clearwater County Free Library District. It is located in the town of Orofino, Idaho, which is the Steelhead Capitol of the World, along the beautiful and scenic Clearwater River.

Orofino is known for its mining and logging history and is the site of a Lewis and Clark camp.

Clearwater Memorial Public Library has free wireless internet both inside and outside the library. Our library is a member of the Valnet Consortium. This service allow patrons access to 49 libraries both public and school in Idaho and Washington. The consortium offers a wide range of materials, including Ebooks through a service called Overdrive.
