About Us:

The Chambers County Health Department is the principal agency for protecting the health and well-being of the residents of Chambers County.  We believe in preserving, promoting and protecting the health of our county residents by providing quality and preventive public health services.  The Department includes three programs (Clinical Health Services,  Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Women, Infant & Children (WIC) and three clinical locations (Mont Belvieu, Anahuac and Winnie).
