Library services are under the direction of the Castle Rock Library Board, with members appointed by the mayor. Meetings are held quarterly, with notification announcements published in the Daily News.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 11 am to 6 p.m.
Wednesday & Saturday - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
