The Caestecker Public Library is a joint library for the City of Green Lake and the Town of Brooklyn. The library serves a population of about 3000 in both the city and town.

Though small, the library itself has a friendly, homey feel that makes it a favorite place for people to sit and read the paper, work on a puzzle, read aloud to children, surf the Internet, check out the latest bestsellers, or visit with the friendly staff.

We hope that you find that this site reflects our love of community and books, and our desire to connect people with information that they need. If you have any questions after looking at our site, please contact Linda DeNell, the library director, at denell@greenlakelibrary.org

The Caestecker Public Library was one of the first public libraries in the state of Wisconsin to offer wireless access. Patrons are welcome to come to the library with their own wireless laptops or to use one of the in-house laptops available.

Caestecker Public Library is not affiliated with AmericanTowns Media
