I love the Children's floor at this library and they have a great selection of books. 90% of the employees here are amazing but there is one woman I will literally wait in a line of 5 other people to avoid having to deal with her. There are several other reviews that I have no doubt are about her because she is never friendly to deal with and has terrible customer service skills. Besides her, I enjoy my time at this library and the services and programs they provide!

This library is in a really nice location and it has lots of great resources. The only issue I have run into is that some of the librarians that work there are a little rude. I have been studying a couple of times and if I am there 15 minutes before closing, they practically chase me out of the building.

Always had problems with there workers with fake smiles and not caring about there customers. Dont seem to realize there customers are the ones supplying there items in the first place.

Forgot my laptop. Asked was it possible use computer. Not crowded today. Had an expired library card for downtown employee. (out of state resident) No longer work there. Informed and provided card. Realize may not get access. Clerk was not sympathetic, showed no empathy, was not courteous or professional. No matter my race or stature. If you're not adept at dealing with all public patrons, go stack books or stay in the back and catalogue something.

It was one of the newest libraries in the area up until the past few years where they went on a building spree.
