Sadly, the library seems to have gone downhill in the past few years. Staff that were once warm and friendly now seem tired, stressed, and downright cranky. There are certain days I'll turn around and leave rather than deal with the attitude and poor temperament of the librarians on duty. While the library is generally clean and there are some interesting programs (blind date with a book for example), the adult selection is sorely lacking, leaving patrons with rather dated options. Also a full on summer reading program rather than movie nights would be a huge benefit to the county.
