Vision of the Avon-Washington Township Public Library
The Avon-Washington Township Public Library meets the information needs of all residents of Washington Township. All residents are completely satisfied with their library experience. Employees do whatever is necessary to get information into the patrons' hands. All employees know the mechanics of their job as well as the policies of the library and how they fit into the mission of the library. Library staff, board of trustees and Friends of the Library consistently make appointing bodies aware of how important the library is to the community. Patrons are happy to let these officials know how pleased they are with library services and how vital the library is to their high standard of living.
