The Library invites you to participate in a new discussion program called "American Life Stories." Learn more about the American experience in contemporary memoir. Join a small book group from your community to talk about James McBride's The Color of Water: A Black Man's Tribute to His White Mother, Esmerelda Santiago's When I was Puerto Rican, Marjane Satrapi's Persepolis: The Story of a Childhood, and Frank McCourt's Tis: A Memoir, with Christine Golbeck, MFA-IA. The program is free, open to the general public, and requires no special knowledge of American literature or history. Participants will receive their own copies of the books.

I moved from Florida to Pennsylvania a few years ago. In Florida the library had every book i could possibly want and even in ebook copy. This library has one book i could read. The selection is simply horrible. I wish they would bring more ebooks in the catagory that i love the most which is paranormal romance. Honestly at this point i dont know why i have a library card, since it just sits in my wallet taking up space. Ive used my card once in all the years ive had it. I have recommended ebooks and months later still nothing.....

Great library that's been serving the community very well for many years.

A nice library, very spacious, friendly staff, has great books. I work in the library every day and see there very often the same people who do nothing, looks like they have nowhere to go, they sleep there, chat, just kill the time and many of them are smelly and seem to be homeless. This gives an unpleasant impression, guess, people who are just hanging around should be asked to leave the place. If not this fact, the library is great!

Good place to read. Also provides programming for children. Wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable though.
